The University Preparation Program (UPrep) is a fun, two-day preparation program for first year students from faculty at the University of Regina and Federated Colleges.
Over the course of two days you will participate in engaging workshops that will help you build confidence, knowledge, and will prepare you to excel in University.
During the program, you will:

1:00 - Campus Libraries Tour & Top 3 Things
2:45 - Tackling Your Textbooks

10:30 - Managing Stress & Exam Anxiety
