The Chapel Space

AKA: One of a few places you can light candles on campus.

AKA: The room with the comfy cushions in the corner.

The Luther Chapel is designed to be a place of peace and prayer. There is an excellent piano available for student use. The flooring of the chapel extends out into the hallway, and around the corner there is a small nook where you can partake in the chapel space even before you enter into the room.

Perhaps the most popular feature is the carpeted corner with the sky light and cushions. Students often stop in for deep meditation (sleep) in this corner, as well as quiet conversation.

Check the bulletin board outside the chapel and our social media to look for official bookings or events in the chapel but otherwise you are welcome to enjoy the space.

Peace.
