International Student Tuition & Fees

Luther College students are University of Regina students and pay the same tuition and fees. For the most up-to-date information regarding international fees, please check out the Fees Schedule, and select Undergraduate International Fee Schedule

In addition to tuition, there are some costs a student needs to consider, like parking, accommodations, and textbooks. Fees for your health and dental insurance, gym access, and bus pass is already included in the costs in the chart above.

  • Textbooks and other course materials: Although the cost of your textbooks and course materials is dependent upon the classes you take, you can expect to pay between $1,000 - $2,000 a year for your textbooks and course materials.
  • Residence and meal plan: Luther's residence, The Student Village at Luther College is a cost effective living option on campus and is open to all U of R and post-secondary students.
  • Parking/Transit: For more information on where to park, parking rates, or what transit is available, please visit the U of R's Parking Services.
     

How Can I Finance my Education?

Tuition & Fees Payment Options:

  • ONLINE USING UR SELF-SERVICE:
    Payments can be made over the Internet with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card using UR Self-Service
    . You will require your nine digit student ID number and PIN number in order to log in. If you have not yet changed your PIN, enter your birth date in the following format: DDMMYY. If you encounter log in problems contact the IT Support Centre at 306-585-4685 or it.support@uregina.ca.

    Once logged in, select “Student Services” then “Student Records” and then “View Account or Make a Payment”. This page then displays the details of the balance owing on the students’ account and provides the opportunity to make a payment towards the students’ account. Note that credit card payments made using UR Self-Service will immediately appear on the Students’ account.

     

  • ONLINE USING INTERNET BANKING: 
    The University of Regina has agreements with all the major Canadian Chartered Banks and Saskatchewan Credit Unions for Internet payments. If you currently pay other bills using Internet banking, you can pay your student fees to the University of Regina using this option. 

    In order to do so, you will need to add Luther College as a payee by selecting the Luther College from a list on your bank’s web page.  When making payment using Internet banking, you will be prompted for an account number. When prompted for an account number, enter your nine digit student number (e.g. 184123456 or 200123456). If you are paying for someone else’s tuition, (e.g. son’s, daughter’s) then enter their student number as the account number.

    Note that payments made using direct banking over the Internet can take up to seven business days to appear on the student account as the University must wait for the payment data to be received from the financial institution.

     

  • TELEPHONE:
    Telephone payments using Visa and Mastercard can be made by calling Luther’s Financial & Residence Services Office at 306-585-5333. Note: A student number must be provided.

     

  • MAIL:
    If you would like to send a cheque payment through the mail, make your cheque payable to "Luther College, University of Regina” and be sure to include the student’s name AND student number, and mail it to:

  • IN PERSON: 
    Make your payment by cash, cheque, money order, Interac debit, or credit card (VISA and MasterCard only) in person at the Financial & Residence Services Office in LC 110.
