Regents are elected by the Members of the Luther College, Regina Corporation at the Annual General Meeting. Board members are elected for four-year terms.
Regular board meetings are held approximately six times during the academic year. In addition, there are several standing board committees that meet more frequently. These include: Academic & Administrative; Executive; Finance & Audit; Human Resources; and Governance Committees.
