Regina is a growing multi-cultural city, and Luther College at the University of Regina draws students from around the globe. International students are welcomed, and will find Luther College to be a supportive, global society where they can gain practical research experience, make friends, and explore a different education system.

Students who are interested in programs in the Arts; Media, Art, and Performance (formerly Fine Arts); Science; or Pre-professional studies can register through Luther College.

Luther students are U of R students, pay the same tuition and fees, and receive a U of R degree.

Luther offers many additional benefits to students such as:

HOW TO APPLY

Students who will need to apply for a visa are encouraged to apply early in order to have plenty of time for the visa process.

Submit your application. When applying, don't forget to select Luther College as your campus of choice on the U of R application form.

Step 6: PAY THE $100 CAN APPLICATION FEE

There are 3 ways that you can pay your $100 CAN application fee:

  • By Credit Card - Call the UR International Office at 1-306-585-6260 or Toll-Free at 1-855-683-2181.
  • By Flywire - If you do not have a credit card, you can transfer funds to https://payment.flywire.com/pay/payment
  • By Cash - Come to the UR International Office (College West 127) to pay.
Step 7: SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Email the following documents in a PDF format to international.admissions@uregina.ca:

  • High School Transcript (Years 10,11 & 12)
  • Front (and Back page if there is information on it) of transcripts from additional education after High School
  • Your English Language Proficiency Test
  • A copy of your passport
