All Luther College students are University of Regina students and must meet the University of Regina’s international admissions requirements. Students who are interested in programs in Arts; Media, Art, and Performance (formerly Fine Arts); Science; or pre-professional studies can register through Luther College. Luther students are U of R students, pay the same tuition and fees, and receive a U of R degree.
