Domestic Students

Did You Know?

  • Small classes = big advantages. As a federated college, Luther College classes are typically smaller. This allows for students to connect with their profs and classmates.

  • Luther College welcomes students of all faiths, ethnicities, backgrounds, religions, genders, and sexual orientation.

  • Luther College opened the first residence on campus in 1971, and is still a “home away from home” to students: meals, laundry, and lifelong friendship included.

  • All programs at Luther College offer study abroad opportunities. As an affiliate of the U of R, we have partnerships with 450 universities across 70 different countries.

  • The Luther College Residence hosts multiple social events and programs throughout the year, such as Christmas Dinner, International Night, Mardi Gras, and Karaoke Night.

  • Luther College students pay the same tuition and fees as other University of Regina students.

  • The Luther Library has over 18,000 items in its collection, 3,000 books checked out per year, and 6,000 students who come through its door per month.

  • ALL U of R students including Luther students can take Luther courses.

Domestic Students

All Luther College students are University of Regina students and must meet the University of Regina's admission requirements. Students who are interested in programs in Arts; Media, Art, and Performance; Science; or pre-professional studies can register through Luther College. Luther students are U of R students, pay the same tuition and fees, and receive a U of R degree.

Luther offers many additional benefits to students such as:

  • Personalized one-on-one academic advising to Luther College students.
  • $100,000 in scholarships offered annually to Luther College students.
  • Small classes which are open to all U of R students.
  • Inclusive chaplaincy programming.
  • A dorm style residence with unlimited dining plan that is cost-effective and open to all U of R students.

When applying, don't forget to select Luther College as your campus of choice on the U of R application form.
