Parent/Teacher Interviews

Fall 2020 - updated October 14, 2020

Due to the very recent, but rapid rise in positive COVID cases in Saskatchewan, it has become increasingly clear that our decision to host in-person parent/teacher interviews at Luther College needed to be re-visited. To protect and preserve the safety of our community, this morning we decided to cancel in-person interviews, but to continue to offer Zoom (video call) interviews. Interview bookings will now remain open until 7:00 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 14.

To cancel your interviews or to update to Zoom interviews:

1. Please click here

2. Enter event code vy53v when prompted

3. Follow the instructions to edit or cancel.

4. You will receive an email update from the interview software with any changes you have selected.

5. For parents selecting Zoom meetings, please note a hyperlink will be included in the e-mail that will connect you to each teacher’s Zoom waiting room will be provided to the right of the teacher’s name.  At your scheduled interview time, teachers will admit you to their Zoom meeting rooms.

What if I can't make it to a Zoom meeting?

For parents who are not able to make arrangements to connect via Zoom, once interview bookings close at 7:00 p.m., our teachers will see a list of parents who chose an in-person interview selection. Our faculty will email these parents throughout this week and next, to arrange for telephone interviews as their schedules permit.

For parents who have already scheduled Zoom interviews, no action is required.

For parents who require immediate assistance, please email  Emails will be responded to as quickly as possible and in the order they are received.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this shift to online interviews causes your family.  Rest assured that we will continue to be vigilant in providing the safest environment possible for everyone in the Luther community as we continue navigate our way through the ever-changing challenges of a pandemic.

Take care and stay safe,
