Luther College High School Candlelight Services
The Candlelight Services are a musical celebration of Advent composed of lessons and carols presented by the choristers and instrumentalists of Luther College High School. This tradition became an annual event in the life of the College after its relocation to Regina in 1926. The Candlelight Services are a cherished tradition in the life of Luther College and in the lives of many in the community. It remains an expression of Luther’s rich musical heritage.
Date and Times:
Candlelight Services are in person on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m.
Location:
Luther College High School, 1500 Royal Street, in the Merlis Belsher Heritage Centre. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each show.
Parking
Parking will be available in the west lot off of Dewdney Avenue and guests will be welcomed through the west doors.
Support the Music Department
Candlelight Services at Luther College are free to attend, but they do come with associated costs. If you’d like to contribute toward these performances, you can make a donation online. An offering basket with donation envelopes will also be available at the admissions table.
