Board of Regents
Luther College is guided by a dedicated Board of Regents. These volunteer members generously give their time and expertise to ensure the College stays true to its mission while embracing the future.
President of Luther College
Dr. Tom Phenix is President of Luther College in Regina, overseeing both Luther College High School and Luther College at the University of Regina.
Dr. Phenix holds a Ph.D from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Regina. He served in various academic roles at Campion College from 2004 to 2025, including as Department Head of Psychology, and Religious Studies, and as Assistant Dean and Dean. He has been the President of Luther College since July 1, 2025.
