Did You Know?

  • Luther students enjoy personalized one-on-one academic advising: our academic advisors are here to help you from registration to graduation.

  • Luther grads attend a special graduation ceremony and luncheon celebration at Luther College as well as the U of R convocation ceremony

  • It pays to go to Luther College. Literally. Luther students are eligible for an additional $100,000 in scholarships, in addition to all of the awards available to them as U of R!

  • Luther students can sign up for the UR Guarantee program - get a guaranteed job after you graduate!

  • The Luther College Residence offers an early payment discount. You can save up to $225 when you pay by August 15 (for Fall) and/or December 15 (for Winter)!

  • Luther College welcomes students of all faiths, ethnicities, backgrounds, religions, genders, and sexual orientation.

  • Luther College students pay the same tuition and fees as other University of Regina students.

  • Small classes = big advantages. As a federated college, Luther College classes are typically smaller. This allows for students to connect with their profs and classmates.

Important Dates & Information

Room Deposit

A $400 room deposit is required to hold your room at Luther. This deposit will be credited toward the last month of your Winter semester residence fees if you will be returning to the residence for the Winter semester. If you are only staying one semester, your deposit will be credited toward the last month of your Fall semester residence fees. A $250 damage deposit (conditionally refundable) is also required and is payable upon move-in.

If you have not already secured your room, learn how to APPLY NOW! NOTE: Your room will not be held until we receive your $400 deposit.


Early Payment Discount

If you pay for the entire semester before the indicated date you will receive the following discount:

  • If Fall 2017 semester fees are paid in full by August 15, 2017 = $100 discount
  • If Winter 2018 semester fees are paid in full by December 15, 2017 = $100 discount
  • If both Fall 2017 and Winter 2018 semester fees are paid in full by August 15, 2017 = $225 discount

Payment options for residence fees may be available but no discounts will be given after the dates indicated above. A late payment fee of $25.00 will be applied to your account for each month that your payment has not been received.


Semester Meal Plan Changes

January 13, 2017 was the deadline by which meal plans could be changed without penalty for the Winter 2017 semester. If you have any questions about changes to the meal plan after the stated deadline, please contact the Financial & Residence Services Office at
