*New students that apply and pay their full deposit by:
- April 30, 2022 receive a $1,500 discount
- June 30, 2022 receive a $1,000 discount
- August 31, 2022 receive a $750 discount
New students who have already applied to live in the Student Village during 2022-23 and paid their deposits will automatically qualify for a discount based on when their deposit was received.

Extend your stay at The Student Village and save!
Save up to $1,500* when you stay at The Student Village for the Fall 2022 and Winter 2023 semesters.
* Stay for a second year at The Student Village and receive a $750 discount per year. Stay for a third year at The Student Village and receive a $1,000 discount per year. Stay for four years or more at The Student Village and receive a $1,500 discount. Applications and full deposit payment must be received by May 31, 2022, to qualify. Returning students who have already applied to live in the Student Village during 2022-23 and paid their deposits will automatically qualify for the discount.

There is no application fee to apply to live in The Student Village at Luther College.
All University of Regina, Luther College, Campion College, First Nations University of Canada, ESL Exchange, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, University of Saskatchewan, and other post-secondary students are welcome to apply on a first-come, first-served basis by completing an online application form.
