  • To enroll as a Luther College student, simply fill out the University of Regina application form and select Luther as your campus of choice.

Luther College Building Hours of Operation & Safety Guidelines/Protocols

The Luther College building north and south main entrances are open:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Noon - 6:30 p.m.

Effective May 1, the University’s indoor masking requirements will:

  • remain in place in classrooms, lab and studio spaces, Luther Library, and the University Library until May 31, at which time they will reassess based on the latest public health information.
  • no longer be required in other indoor spaces but will continue to be encouraged and welcomed in all areas of our campuses.

If you have misplaced or forgotten your mask, you can stop by the Financial & Residence Services Office (LC 110) for a new mask. Click here to review the University of Regina masking requirements. These requirements will be evaluated - and adjusted if and where necessary - as the term continues. 

Hand sanitizer is available at all main entrances, at the door of each classroom, inside the Luther Cafeteria, and in the Financial & Residence Services Office (LC 110). Soap, water, and paper towels are available in all washrooms.

Need help or have a question when on campus at Luther? The Financial & Residence Services Office (LC110) is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. and they would be more than happy to assist you!
 

Academic Office

The Academic Office will continue to serve and support you remotely until February 28, 2022. In-person support will resume on March 1, 2022. You can reach us either by:

Luther Library

Financial & Residence Services Office

The Financial & Residence Office (LC110) is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. to serve you. You can also reach us either by:

Chaplaincy

Luther's Chaplain, Pastor Sean Bell, is available at sean.bell@uregina.ca or 306-585-5028 if you are feeling overwhelmed and need someone to talk to.

Working with the Multifaith Program Coordinators you can also look for programs both on- and offline in the 2021-2022 academic school year. Together we can process what you are learning and build community to round out your University experience.

Luther Cafeteria

The Luther Cafeteria is open for in-house dining or take-out meals.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday - Friday
    Breakfast: 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.
    Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    Supper: 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Weekends & Holidays
    Noon - 6:30 p.m.

OTHER INFORMATION

Mask Guidelines & Information

Luther College will continue to follow suit, not only to align with the University’s decision, but because it is the cautious and measured approach that has served us well so far. We will continue to monitor and assess potential risks as we have done for the last two years to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and faculty, and will adjust as required.

The Luther COVID-19 signs encouraging masking and distancing will remain in place for the time being, hand sanitizer is still readily available across campus, and we encourage everyone to stay home if they are feeling unwell for any reason.

Parking and Public Transportation

All parking on University of Regina properties is paid parking.

Parking Permit

  • Students, faculty and staff require parking permits in Resident, M, and Z lots, and parkade access
  • Permits are available through the Parking Services Online Application
  • Accessible parking stalls will be enforced
