Did You Know?

  • Wondering where to live? Our student residence, The Student Village at Luther College, is considered the best choice for first-year student accommodation. Individual private rooms mean you can stick to your own schedule and you never have to deal with roommate hassles.

  • To enroll as a Luther College student, simply fill out the University of Regina application form and select Luther as your campus of choice.

  • Luther College participates in Admission on the Spot events which offer campus tours, reduced application fees, and the relief of finding out you are accepted to your program immediately!

  • Every degree program at Luther College offers a study abroad option and an optional experiential learning component where you gain real world experience and get paid while going to school!

  • Eating better means studying better. The Luther Cafeteria offers fresh, healthy, nutritious meals seven days a week with a self-serve “all-you-care-to-eat” concept students prefer.

  • Luther students can register in Arts, Science, or Media, Art, and Performance. Luther students are U of R students and receive a U of R degree.

  • Luther College students are U of R students and receive all the same benefits. Upon graduation you will receive a U of R degree.

  • Luther College students are eligible for an additional $100,000 in academic awards – in addition to scholarships and bursaries awarded by the U of R.

Luther College Building Hours of Operation & Safety Guidelines/Protocols

The Luther College building north and south main entrances are open:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Noon - 6:30 p.m.

Effective June 1, the University’s indoor masking requirements will:

  • Mask wearing is no longer required in any indoor spaces but will be encouraged and welcomed in all areas of our campuses.
  • Masks will be provided as needed on campus.

If you have misplaced or forgotten your mask, you can stop by the Financial & Residence Services Office (LC 110) for a new mask. Click here to review the University of Regina masking requirements. These requirements will be evaluated - and adjusted if and where necessary - as the term continues. 

Hand sanitizer is available at all main entrances, at the door of each classroom, inside the Luther Cafeteria, and in the Financial & Residence Services Office (LC 110). Soap, water, and paper towels are available in all washrooms.

Need help or have a question when on campus at Luther? The Financial & Residence Services Office (LC 110) is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. and they would be more than happy to assist you!

Financial & Residence Services Office

The Financial & Residence Office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. to serve you.

The Chaplaincy is for all people. We hold Worship services for Christians but also hold space for people of all faiths and no faith. Our many projects are aimed at deepening questions, Multi-Faith dialogue, justice, community building, student support, and fun stress relief.

We are part of the Positive Space Network and when we say all are welcome we really mean it. At Luther, there is a place for all.

Fall Worship at Luther College 

Tuesday at 12:15 -12:45 p.m. “Dwelling Together”

  • Students, staff and faculty gather together for song, silence, prayers and dwelling with a theme of the week.

Luther's Chaplain, Pastor Sean Bell, is available if you are feeling overwhelmed and need someone to talk to.

Working with the Multifaith Program Coordinators you can also look for programs both on- and offline in the 2021-2022 academic school year. Together we can process what you are learning and build community to round out your University experience.

Luther Cafeteria

The Luther Cafeteria is open for in-house dining or take-out meals.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday - Friday
    Breakfast: 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.
    Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    Supper: 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Weekends & Holidays
    Noon - 6:30 p.m.

Mask Guidelines & Information

  • Masks will be provided as needed on campus.

Luther College will continue to follow suit with the University’s decision. We will continue to monitor and assess potential risks as we have done for the last two years to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and faculty, and will adjust as required.

The Luther COVID-19 signs will be posted noting that masks are welcome, but not mandatory. Hand sanitizer is still readily available across campus, and we encourage everyone to stay home if they are feeling unwell for any reason.

Parking and Public Transportation

All parking on University of Regina properties is paid parking.

Parking Permit

  • Students, faculty and staff require parking permits in Resident, M, and Z lots, and parkade access
  • Permits are available through the Parking Services Online Application
  • Accessible parking stalls will be enforced
