Luther University Preparation Program (UPrep)

UPrep is a fun, two-day orientation program for first year students entering the faculties of Arts, Science, and MAP (Media, Art, and Performance) and pre-professional programs at the University of Regina and Federated Colleges.

It is held at the end of August each year, and students participate in an array of activities including confidence building workshops (e.g. Goal Setting and Future Planning, Learning Techniques, Library Necessities), attend academic lectures, and more! There is a maximum capacity of 45 students so make sure you register early in the spring!

New Domestic Student Orientation (UofR/Federated Colleges)

Attending Orientation will not only give you an opportunity to meet new students but you will spend the day getting to know your faculty, getting familiar with the campus, and attending exciting sessions.

All new students will be automatically given free access to asynchronous (on your own time) Orientation Modules in UR Courses. Instructions on how to log in to UR Courses can be found here. Start your University degree off right by completing at least 10 activities in the Online Orientation modules before September 16, 2020 to be entered to win a new laptop! Check UR Courses for additional prize giveaways and to collect your digital swag bag (coming soon).
