University of Regina (U of R) Fall Open House The U of R holds an annual Fall Open House in October to help prospective students like yourself explore the U of R's programs and help you plan for your future - and they will even help you get started on your application. The event includes a series of sessions to learn about the U of R - including information on programs, admission requirements, housing options, and campus life! Fall Open House is open to prospective students, parents, supporters, and guidance counsellors!

Attend New Student Orientations
New student orientations are generally held at the beginning of each the Fall and Winter semesters. Watch this page, Facebook or Instagram for info on upcoming orientations.
Luther University Preparation Program (UPrep)
UPrep is a fun, two-day orientation program for first year students entering the faculties of Arts, Science, and MAP (Media, Art, and Performance) and pre-professional programs at the University of Regina and Federated Colleges. It is held at the end of August each year, and students participate in an array of activities including confidence-building workshops (e.g. Goal Setting and Future Planning, Learning Techniques, Library Necessities), attend academic lectures, and more! Seats are limited in this program, so make sure you register early in the spring!
