Email, Wifi and Google Classroom

Upon arrival, new students receive a Luther email. This email is hosted through Google’s Gmail service. With this email, students gain access to their personal Google Drive, as well as all other Google products including Google Classroom. These email accounts are disabled immediately upon graduation or withdrawal from Luther.

New Luther College students receive individual Wi-Fi usernames and passwords when they arrive. Students are responsible for remembering to set up their accounts with security questions and updating their passwords. Most Luther teachers use Google Classroom as their digital space to share handouts, assignments and announcements with their students.

Wi-Fi Trouble?

Username: first.last

Password is the same as Google Classroom.

Forgot your Wi-Fi password?

Using a friend’s device (on Luther Wi-Fi), or a library computer, go to:

Lutherhs.ca --password management (blue box), click go -- click password reset -- type in username (firstname.lastname@lutherhs.ca) --  click next -- answer security questions -- reset password.

Google Classroom trouble?

Username: first.last@lutherhs.ca

Password is the same as your Wi-Fi.

Over the device limit?  New phone or laptop since last year?

Using a friend’s device (on Luther Wi-Fi), or a library computer, go to:

Lutherhs.ca -- manage your wireless devices (brown box), click go -- type in username (firstname.lastname) and your password, click login -- remove your old device.
