Payment Methods & Due Dates
Saskatchewan Students (within Canada)
Tuition payments are due by September 1, 2023.
Early payment discounts are only available to Saskatchewan students and will apply if tuition is paid before August 11, 2023.
The following forms of payment are accepted:
- Debit
- Via Interac e-transfer (only available for Canadian Financial Institutions) to financemanager@luthercollege.edu.
Please note: to avoid delays in having the payment applied to your account, please include in the comments/message area, the student first name, student last name, student ID (if you know it), reason for e-transfer (i.e. tuition, bus fees, meal plan fees). Luther College is registered for auto-deposit, therefore, Luther will receive the funds immediately and a security question and answer will not be required. - In person at 1500 Royal Street.

- Credit card
- Preauthorized payment via Pllenty, our online payment system for online transactions: https://lchs.pllenty.com
- Cash

Currency and Fees
All payments for domestic and international students must be made in Canadian funds. Students are responsible for all bank fees, including charges for wire transfers and payments through Open Apply, Luther College’s online application process.
Luther College will not advance or hold funds on behalf of a student.
Penalty for Late Payment
All accounts overdue by 15 days or more may be charged a late payment fee of 5% interest.
