Tickets for Frozen Jr.

October 21 - Important News for Guests

Late this afternoon we were informed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority that we could not proceed with our Musical Performances of Frozen Jr. without requiring Proof of Vaccination (POV) or negative test result within the previous seven days from each guest 12 and over.  Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this causes you and your families on very short notice.

We will have numerous staff on hand for our performances starting this evening to ensure this added step does not keep guests standing in line.  Additionally, we will open the doors at 6:00 p.m. to accommodate the extra time required to verify POV.  The show will not begin until all guests are seated. 

The following forms of POV will be accepted:

  1. QR Code on your mobile phone (screenshot from MySaskHealthRecord SK Vax Wallet) in combination with photograph identification.
  2. QR code printed from MySaskHealthRecord in combination with photograph identification.
  3. COVID-19 vaccine certificate printed from MySaskHealthRecord in combination with photograph identification.
  4. Wallet Card received at time of immunization (Saskatchewan Health Authority or Indigenous Services Canada) in combination with photograph identification.
  5. Proof (electronic or in writing) issued by another province, territory, or government in combination with photograph identification.  For guests without photograph identification, an original birth certificate or Saskatchewan Health Card will be required. 
  6. Guests who are less than twelve years of age must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult who has photograph identification of themselves. 
  7. Authorized proof of negative test within the previous seven days of the performance date.  Self-administered home rapid test results will not be accepted. 

If this affects your decision to attend the Musical in person, we will be happy to provide you will a full refund for any of the tickets you have purchased for live performances, including the processing fee.  If you would still like to view Frozen Jr, we would be pleased to provide you with a complementary link to the stream on the date of your choosing.  Upcoming streamed shows are on Saturday, October 23 @ 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 24 @ 2:00 p.m. 

To receive a refund, please email your name and mailing address to wendy.sauer@luthercollege.edu by Monday, October 25 at 4:00 p.m.  Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the refund details as quickly as possible.  Please note that depending upon the volume of requests, this could take time.  We are committed to staying in contact with you throughout the process and ask for your patience as we work to refund you.  The quicker you are able to make your request, the quicker we will be able to act on your behalf.

To receive a complementary stream link, please email shannon.fink@luthercollege.edu by Friday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m.  Requests received after that deadline will not provide us with the time required to provide the stream link however, in these instances, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.  

Again, please accept our deep apologies for this last minute development and any disappointment this causes you or your families.  However, Luther College is committed to safety first and adhering to everchanging public health orders.

How to buy tickets:

The public ticket sale will begin on Monday, September 20 at 9:00 a.m. 

Patrons will be able to buy tickets for both the LIVE and STREAMED shows using the online ticketing platform. Tickets will NOT be available through the main office - they must be purchased online.

The LIVE show dates and times are:

  • Thursday, October 21 at 7:00 PM
  • Friday, October 22 at 7:00 PM
  • Saturday, October 23 at 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, October 24 at 2:00 PM

LIVE shows are limited to 150 tickets and patrons can choose their seats while purchasing their tickets online.

Patrons over 2 years of age will be required to wear a medical grade mask to any live show.  If you do not have a medical grade mask, one will be provided to you upon entry.

The STREAMED (video) show dates and times are:

  • Saturday, October 23 at 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, October 24 at 2:00 PM

If you purchase a ticket to our streamed event,  it is only available to be viewed at the scheduled dates and times.  Viewers will not be able to pause or rewind the show at any time.

Future Luther Student families:

If you are a Future Luther Student cardholder you can select the FLS Cardholder price as an option to receive a discount to the LIVE show. If you choose to view the show using the STREAM option, you will pay the regular full price ($10/individual or $20/household).
