The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Wire transfer or credit card with CIBC Student Pay (preferred method) https://pay.cibc.com/luther
  • International money order or certified cheque

Non-Saskatchewan students must apply for a Canadian bank account in order to have funds available for payment of all incidental personal expenses, such as taxi cab rides, medical prescriptions and other incidentals. If living in the dorm, staff will assist with this process.

Saskatchewan Students

All students must submit their payment with their Tuition Payment Form.

In July, we mail a copy of your tuition statement and payment form for your child(ren). Tuition payments are due by September 3, 2020; the first day of classes. Early payment discounts will apply if tuition is paid before August 14, 2020.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Preauthorized debit payment (preferred method, no charge) - enclose a VOID cheque
  • Cash or debit (in person only); there is a $4 fee to process a debit transaction
  • Cheque, made payable to Luther College, Regina
  • Visa or MasterCard; there is a $4 fee to process a credit card transaction

Our mailing address is on the tuition payment form.

For in-person payments, visit the Finance Office just inside the Royal Street doors.

Currency and Fees

All payments for Saskatchewan and non-Saskatchewan students must be made in Canadian funds. Students are responsible for all bank fees, including charges for wire transfers and payments through Open Apply, Luther College’s online application process.

Luther College will not advance or hold funds on behalf of a student.
