Residence fees & meal plan pricing
Our all-inclusive residence plans include fully furnished, single room accommodations and choice of all-you-care-to-eat meal plans.

Deposits
Residents are guaranteed a room after they have signed a residence agreement and have paid a $400 deposit. A $250 damage deposit (conditionally refundable) is also required and is payable upon move-in.
Payment of fees
Residence fees are payable in full on move-in day as a bulk payment or with post-dated cheques. In extenuating circumstances, alternate payment installments can be arranged through the Luther College Student Services Office. An early payment discount is available if fees are paid in full prior to 15 August (for Fall semester) or 15 December (for Winter semester).
Returning Luther Students
The "1+" option is for students who have lived in Luther Residence for a minmum of 2 full semesters or 8 months.
1+ mean plan includes one meal per day plus meal punch cards $3280.
Notice
We have limited parking spots though the U of R Parking Office, and limited fridges for rent, so requests are accepted on a first come first served basis:
Fridge Rental: $40.00 per semester
Parking: parking rates set by the U of R Parking Office
Please note that our Fall move in day will be on Monday 5 September 2011 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm only, and if you need to arrive at any other time (early or late), you must make arrangements with Luther residence management previously or you will need to find alternate accomodation until the next morning at 8:30am when the residence office reopens.
