Pre-professional studies

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

Begin your pre-professional studies in a small, personalised environment at Luther.

Many professional schools require that students complete one or more years of general courses before applying. Transfer agreements between the University of Regina and partner universities allow you to take a pre-defined set of U of R courses required for application to your chosen field.

These courses can also be used towards an undergraduate degree. Most professional schools are highly competitive, so it is sensible to have an alternate degree plan. Luther advisors can help you plan for your long-term goals and keep multiple options open.

Some courses require specific high school prerequisites. Check with your Luther advisor.

If you plan to attend a university that does not have a U of R transfer agreement, you must contact that institution to determine prerequisite courses.
