Dean's greeting

Luther College is a federated college at the University of Regina (U of R). The U of R is a very special institution, with three federated colleges (Luther College, Campion College, and First Nations University of Canada). All three federated colleges teach courses open to all U of R students, bring diversity to the campus, and have unique programs that help the university expand its course offerings and services to students, reflect on values, and reach out to the community. Luther College is proud of its Christian heritage, but we are a very diverse community in every way and we have something to offer everyone. We take pride in knowing our students, working with them on an individual basis, and guiding them towards the completion of their academic program. As a partner with the faculties of Arts, Fine Arts, and Science, Luther offers excellent teaching in many subjects.
Registering through Luther College is one way to be a U of R student. When you choose to enter the University through Luther you become part of two communities: Luther AND the U of R. You earn your degree from the U of R, but as a Luther student you receive academic advising from our excellent and caring advisors, are eligible for Luther scholarships in addition to U of R scholarships, and can participate in as many Luther programs as you want. Luther also has a residence that offers single-room accommodation and a close community atmosphere—a great way to make friends!
Luther is a great way to be at the U of R. So check us out!
