International student annual room and board payment options (2010 - 2011)

International students that are staying in the College's residence accommodations for both the Fall and Winter Semesters must pay the full amount of the dormitory fees ($8120) in one lump sum by the 16 August 2010.  If students are only staying in the residence for one semester, one lump sum payment of $4260 must be forwarded to the College by 16 August 2010 for the Fall Semester, or the 15 January 2011 for the Winter Semester. These payments may be forwarded to Luther College in the form of:

  • Wire transfers
  • Credit card (VISA / MasterCard)
  • International bank drafts

Saskatchewan and out of province student annual room & board* payment options (2010-2011)

  • One full payment of $8120 by 16 August 2010

or

  • Two equal payments of $4260 by 16 August 2010 and 15 January 2011

or

  • Ten monthly payments of $812.  These payments may be forwarded to the College in the form of a) post dated cheques b) VISA or MasterCard c) automatic bank withdrawals.  Please contact our treasurer for more information.

*Room and board includes laundry, unlimited high-speed internet, and network printer access. Please note: Luther College does enforce an internet curfew for dormitory students. Students are not able to access the internet past 11pm.

 

Saskatchewan and out of province per semester room & board* payment (2010-2011)

If you are paying to live in dorms for one semester, you must pay ...

  • $4260 by 16 August 2010 for the Fall Semester

or

  • $4260 by 15 January 2011 for the Winter Semester

*Room and board includes laundry, unlimited high-speed internet, and network printer access. Please note: Luther College does enforce an internet curfew for dormitory students. Students are not able to access the internet past 11pm.

Additional dorm-related fees for international, Saskatchewan and out of province students:

  • Residence activity fee: $350
  • Room damage deposit: $500

Refunds & withdrawals
Dorm fees are refunded on a prorated basis. Room costs for the first 60 calendar days, however, are not refunded. Boarding costs (meals) are not refunded for the first seven days after leaving. Fees are refunded to the parent, guardian or third party (such as a school division) who originally paid the fees.
